Arts & Letters – life in lockdown

In an effort to commemorate this unprecedented year, we at the Guild have decided to launch something where the creatives amongst us can share our lockdown experiences and feelings.

Under the title of Arts & Letters we are inviting our Guild Freemen, their friends & families, other City Livery Companies and organisations to submit their visual or written representations. This could be a photograph, drawing, short story, poem or anything else that encapsulates the lockdown.

A selection of the early entries (those received by 10th October 2020) will be chosen to appear in print in The Guild of Entrepreneurs annual magazine ‘Dare, Create, Succeed’ and will be selected by Master Entrepreneur Rick Lowe, Freeman Spirit de la Mare FRSA and the Guild’s Honorary Historian, James Mellor. Further entries will be selected for a digital publication available via the Guild’s website.

Details can be found by clicking here . Submission deadlines are as follows:

EARLY SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 10th October 2020
GENERAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 30th November 2020

The best of the entries will be published in a collated anthology.
