About the Speaker:
Simon Fordham is Chair and Executive Director of the Association of Business Mentors. This is the only not-for-profit organisation in the UK promoting and raising the standards of Professional Business Mentoring.
When Simon was able to step away from the operational running of both of his multi-million pound businesses he founded, by mentoring and coaching others in business, he was able to ‘give-back,’ helping business owners grow and develop their businesses and overcome the challenges that they continually face while ‘spinning the plates’ of business.
Wishing to develop his natural skills Simon achieved an ILM Level 7 in Mentoring and Coaching in 2013 and has been mentoring and coaching professionally since that time. Since 2012 Simon has personally mentored over 200 business owners, has been nominated for a number of mentoring awards and is a guest speaker promoting mentoring as the most positive way for business owners to have an impact on and contribute to the future success of their business.
